Habanusantara.net — Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is kicking off a new chapter with a robust performance report and leadership change. In its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today, BSI announced a dividend distribution of IDR 1.05 trillion (approximately USD 65.5 million) and officially appointed Anggoro Eko Cahyo as the new President Director of the company.
With BSI’s strong 2024 financial results—posting a net profit of IDR 7.01 trillion and total assets reaching IDR 409 trillion—the bank declared a cash dividend of IDR 22.78 per share. This marks a 22.86% increase from the previous year’s dividend of IDR 18.54 per share, a clear reflection of the bank’s steady growth trajectory.
